Canape Cuisine
was launched in 1999 from our base in leafy South Warwickshire.
Since then we have grown steadily and are proud of the
product we offer, the service we provide and our successes
to date.
Lisa Reynolds, who runs the company, is Advanced Cordon
Bleu trained and spent her early years working in and
around London. Brief highlights include:
- Christies Auctioneers - management of all catering
(including Directors Dining Rooms)
- Numerous private dining room contracts with top
City companies
- In house chef for (the sadly late) ex-Beatle, George
Harrison
We
currently cater for individuals and companies within
a 25 mile radius of Stratford upon Avon - although as
our business expands, so will our catchment area.
This local service allows us to really get to know
our clients and ensure that we provide them with exactly
what they need. After all, every event is different
- and the catering should recognise that.
We try to use local produce wherever possible. We deal
directly with as many of our suppliers as we can in
order to ensure that our canapés are not only
of the highest quality but that they also represent
outstanding value.
